I've worked with Tasmanian international education providers and have a first-hand appreciation of the value of international education to the local economy and its vital role in addressing local job vacancies.

One of the reasons I am standing for re-election is that I want to play a critical role in ensuring Council brings diverse communities together and supports them to work in partnership with those that have lived here most of their life.
